The Problem:

Like so many technology leaders, Ross Fitzpatrick, Assoc. IT Director, Catholic Community Services of Western Washington had a problem with rising IT costs. Ross was looking to do more with his existing IT budget and he was running out of budget dollars. “Yeah, everything in the IT budget seems to be going up and we have serious supply chain issues. Everything is either back-ordered or unavailable,” said Ross.  He continued, “I didn’t always feel like I was getting the best deal at the time. TechTrust saved him 25 percent of his budgeted number. “We’re going to use TechTrust for all of our new contracts AND our renewals every year,” said Ross. To skeptics, he says, “It won’t work on every contract, but it’s worth a shot to go ahead and try TechTrust out.”
