Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
